My boss-who is Indian-( I don’t mean to be racist for telling about his ethnic,coz something got to do with this…in my next joke story ), me ,and one of my colleague ( chinnesse, let called him with A chong)..

A chong was asking about my boss blackberry’s…I was not not focused at they were talking about .. but suddenly the boss said ; :
“ Hni…, A chong want 2 buy a blackberry.., I offered him mine coz I got “two blackberries” .. .. he Grinned n I laugh out loud.. almost spilled the coffee I juz drank…, we kept on ( me n the boss ) LOL, but A chong got confused with us…

How C'esc eclipses his midfielder rivals

Cesc Fabregas was the most creative player in the Premier League last season.

The Spaniard has been lauded worldwide for the way he orchestrates Arsenal’s attacking raids, and he even translated that form to the national team this summer. Fabregas’ statistics show exactly why he is held in such high regard.

Cesc topped the list of goal-makers with 19 — six clear of third in the list, Wayne Rooney — and, on average, created more chances per game than any other player. Steven Gerrard was second with 3.06 compared to Fabregas’ 3.50 per game.

Fabregas made the developmental leap from boy to man two seasons ago and his growth shows little sign of relenting. For evidence of his increased maturity, just look at his passing stats. The 21-year-old attempted 2,526 passes, the most in the League. Understand that to make the pass he has to retrieve, or in his case demand, the ball in the first place.

One criticism previously levelled at Fabregas was his lack of accuracy in front of goal. That notion was blown out of the water in 2007/08 as Cesc plundered 13 goals in all competitions and developed a real appetite for shooting. His 106 Premier League efforts on goal — broken down to 24 blocked shots, 45 on target and 37 off target — dwarfs the efforts of Michael Carrick, 17, and Frank Lampard, 56.

With Mathieu Flamini anchoring midfield behind him, Fabregas had the freedom to go forward and his instinct was to do just that. Not that he shirked any of his defensive responsibilities. In fact, Carrick, an oft-assumed deeper sitting central-midfielder, made 16 fewer tackles than his Arsenal counterpart. Meanwhile Gareth Barry, another player whose predominant duty is ‘holding’ made slightly more tackles than Fabregas but had a success rate of 54.2 per cent; the Arsenal No 4 won 68.3 per cent of his.

And yet there are more strings to Fabregas’ bow — he can cross too. His tally of 16 completed crosses betters that of Lampard and Carrick by 11 and 13 respectively.

At his current rate of growth, Fabregas’ numbers will inevitably make for even better reading this time next year.

Buble juga nongol di beberapa film, salah satu kemunculannya misalnya perannya sbg penyanyi karaoke yg berduet dgn Gwyneth Paltrow dan Huey Lewis.

Buble pernah bertunangan dgn Debbie Timus, nah lagu Home itu lho yg di dedikasiin buat ceweknya ini, wkt itu Buble ada di Italy, bahkan Timus pun ada di video klipnya Home, tapi pertunangan mereka berakhir di thn 2005 (masih inget kan, di atas tadi udah di ceritain peristiwa ini melahirkan lagu ‘LOST ‘). Lepas dari Timus, Buble dapet gandengan baru lagi , yap.. betul.. What is a pterygium?

A pterygium is a wedge-shaped fibrovascular growth of conjunctiva (the surface tissue of the white of the eye) that extends onto the cornea. Pterygia are benign lesions that can be found on either side of the cornea.

What causes a pterygium to form?

It is thought that prolonged exposure to ultraviolet light may contribute to the formation of pterygia. Pterygia are more often seen in people FROM tropical climates, but can be found in others as well.

What symptoms would I have FROM a pterygium?

Pterygia are often asymptomatic, and many do not require immediate treatment. However, some pterygia become red and inflammed FROM time to time. Large or thick pterygia may bother some people due to a persistent foreign body sensation in the eye.

What is the treatment for a pterygium?

This depends largely on the size and extent of the pterygium, as well as its tendency for recurrent inflammation. Evaluation by an ophthalmologist will help determine the most optimal treatment in each case. If a pterygium is small but becomes intermittently inflammed, your ophthalmologist may recommend a trial of a mild steroid eye DROP during acute inflammatory flares. If these drops are recommended, you should remain under the care of your ophthalmologist to ensure that you do not develop side effects FROM the use of these medications. In some cases, your ophthalmologist may recommend surgical removal of the tissue.

When should a pterygium be surgically removed?

This will depend largely on the judgment of your physician. Removal will likely be advised if the pterygium is growing far enough onto the cornea to threaten your line of vision. Pterygia may also be removed if they cause a persistent foreign body sensation in the eye, or if they are constantly inflammed and irritating. In addition, some pterygia grow onto the cornea in such a way that they can pull on the surface of the cornea and change the refractive properties of the eye, causing astigmatism. Removing the pterygium may decrease the astigmatism.

What is involved in the surgical removal of a pterygium?

The removal may take place in a procedure room or operating room setting. The pterygium is carefully dissected away. In ORDER to prevent regrowth of the pterygium, your ophthalmologist may remove some of the surface tissue of the same eye (conjunctiva) and suture it INTO the bed of the excised pterygium. Alternatively, an antimetabolite such as mitomycin may be applied to the site. Postoperatively, your ophthalmologist may recommend some steroid eye drops for several weeks to decrease the inflammation and prevent regrowth of the pterygium.

* 1 kg daging kambing, potong bentuk dadu, biar bagus n makannya gampang
* 1 bawang bombay, diiris tipis tipis
* 5 butir bawang merah, diiris tipis tipis jugaa
* 3 siung bawang putih, diiris tipis tipis lagiii jugaa
* 3 bh ( bukan bra lhooo) cabe merah keriting, di potong potong
* 3 cabe rawit, buat yg suka peudeusss(kl msh kurang pedes jg, gmn kl ditampar?)
* 1/2 sdt lada bubuk(boleh putih ato item, suka suka)
* 2 sdm kecap manis (kl suka manis,boleh tambah senyum gw)
* 1 buah tomat, di belah belah,bentuknya sihh terserah aja
* 1 sdt gula
* 500 ml santan encer(lbh sip kl pake kuah gule kambing)
* daun kol, di iris iris
Cara Bikin nya :
Bawang bombay, bawang merah n cabe di tumis barengan, setelah agak agak layu trus, bawang putihnya di masukin, sambil di aduk aduk gitu, biar keliatan gayanya kalo lagi masak, setelah keluar bau harum (perfume kaleee...) masukin potongan potongan daging kambing, n aduk pelan pelan sampe berubah warna, kasih garem, trus masukin deh santen encer ato kuah gule kambingnya, sambil di aduk sampe dagingnya empuk, baru deh masukin tomat,lada, irisan daun kol, tambahin gula secukupnya. Tunggu sampe mendidih, baru angkat n santap selagi anget.. pasti mak nyusss..

berawal dari pertengkaran yg panjang , dan menyesakkan. tak pernah bermaksud untuk memulai, tapi kalo kepala sudah panas, hati pun tak bisa lagi di ajak kompromi,
